Our Story

Welcome to the Texas Institute of Medical Aesthetics, where our journey began with a vision to transform the landscape of aesthetic medicine. At the heart of our institute lies the inspiring story of Laura P. Galvan, NP-BC, CANS, whose passion and expertise have driven our mission forward.

Laura's story is one of dedication and a relentless pursuit of excellence in the field of medical aesthetics. Recognized nationally as a trailblazer in the industry, Laura's journey as a National Trainer for Allergan and Merz Aesthetics reflects her unwavering commitment to advancing the standards of care.

It was through her experiences training practitioners across South Central Texas, the Valley, Corpus Christi, and New Mexico that Laura recognized the need for a hub of excellence in medical aesthetics education.

Fueled by her desire to empower others and elevate the field, Laura embarked on a new chapter by founding the Texas Institute of Medical Aesthetics.

Driven by her belief in the transformative power of education and innovation, Laura envisioned an institute that would not only provide top-tier training but also foster a community of like-minded professionals dedicated to pushing the boundaries of aesthetic medicine.

Today, the Texas Institute of Medical Aesthetics stands as a testament to Laura's vision—a place where aspiring practitioners and seasoned professionals come together to learn, grow, and shape the future of medical aesthetics.
